I love hot Chocolate, and look forward to winter in NYC because it gives me good reason to go chill out in City Bakery and drink a few cups. The NY Times did a pretty darn good video on some gourmet hot chocolate places in the city — with some surprisingly good interviews with chocolate customers, editing, and some coco tips. NY Times, why can’t I embed the video man?
